Food and Drink Stalls

The Festival is looking for innovative and exciting street food vendors to join us.

The food court will be set up on the forecourt to the Hall as last year so you will need to have a van or other structure that you can use.

In all cases, vendors will need to have their full hygiene clearances as well as in date tests for their equipment. Please include relevant documents on the application form

If you require electricity please indicate this on the form. external sockets and single phase connections are available but these will need to be purchased from the electricity supplier. If you are using other sources of power then these need to be detailed and a full risk assessment completed.

Please be aware that you may be subject to checks from the Centre as well as trading standards from the local council.
