Food vendors will be located at the front of the Highland Hall in the forecourt. We are also looking for hot drink vendors to run the cafe inside the Hall.

The Festival is looking for innovative and exciting street food vendors to join us on the 19th October.

The food court will be set up on the forecourt to the Hall as last year so you will need to have a van or other structure that you can use.

We are also looking for hot drinks vendors. We are intending to have two cafe areas within the hall as well as a vendor within the food court.

In all cases, vendors will need to have their full hygiene clearances as well as in date tests for their equipment.

If you require electricity please indicate this on the form. external sockets and single phase connections are available but these will need to be purchased from the electricity supplier. If you are using other sources of power then these need to be detailed and a full risk assessment completed.

Please be aware that you may be subject to checks from the Centre as well as trading standards from the local council.
