This product is only for use by demonstration stands at the Festival, and the information will be used in our publicity and promotions. Please complete the relevant fields, and add to basket. Please note you will need to go through the checkout to complete the process, but no payment details will be requested.

To be used in publicity and promotions. In JPG format. Maximum file size of 2MB.
Stands are 3m deep and you can select a frontage of between 3m and 9m.
We will supply up to three standard 1.8m x 90cm tables, free of charge. Please indicate how many you want.
We will supply up to 4 entry wristbands free of charge. Please indicate how many you want. If you want more than this, they are available at the standard ticket price. Please tell us in the Special requests box.
Company, policy number and level of cover
If you require access to electricity or if you intend to have any of these on your stand: sale or provide samples of alcohol live animals conduct raffles or games of chance demonstrate moving machinery or equipment have LPG cylinders on your stand or would like some alternative arrangement, let us know and we will try (but cannot guarantee) to accommodate you.

If you have been invited by the Festival to provide a demonstration stand then this form is where you need to record your information.

Demonstration stands will be sited around the wall in the main area of the Highland Hall.

Please bring your own stands and branding for your product. Gazebos and other structures will be acceptable. We would encourage you to make your stands as attractive as possible. We will provide you with a maximum of three tables.

The Demonstration area is for organisations providing demonstrations on behalf of the Festival

Stand size

There are limits to the sizes of stand available in the Demonstration area. Your stand will be 3m by 3m; if you need additional frontage, please note this in “Special Requests”.

Entrance wristbands

We will provide you with a maximum of 4 trade wristbands for entry. These will be posted to you before the event. If you require additional wristbands please specify on the form; we will endeavour to help, if resources allow.

Terms and conditions

You must read our standard terms and conditions at time of booking, and upload a risk assessment – a simple template is available on the form.

Electrical supply

If you require electricity for your demonstration please include this in “Special Requests”.

Booking process

If you intend to have any of these on your stand, please contact us as above prior to completion.

After booking, you will receive an email receipt automatically from the system. Please check your spam folders before contacting us in case of non-delivery.

By booking the space, you are confirming that you have all the relevant insurances and documents that we may reasonably require. This may be checked by our staff or by trading standards at the event.
