Breed Society Stand

We invite breed societies to take a stand at the Festival. It is an ideal opportunity to talk to breeders and, of course, prospective breeders! You will normally be situated within the livestock area and we will endeavour to locate you close to your breed livestock but cannot guarantee this. Alternatively you can take a stand within our trade area, but this will be on commercial terms.

Please bring your own stands, tables, chairs and branding. Gazebos and other structures will also be acceptable.

For safety reasons, we cannot provide tables in the penning areas, so you must bring your own. Please do not “borrow” them from elsewhere in the Festival.

Your breed society stand provides 2 entry wristbands. These will be sent to the person making the booking before the event. If you require additional wristbands, please order them through the website

If you intend to have any of these on your stand, please contact us as above prior to completion.

• sale or provide samples of alcohol
• live animals
• conduct raffles or games of chance
• demonstrate moving machinery or equipment
• have LPG cylinders on your stand

You will receive an email receipt automatically from the system. By booking the space, you are confirming that you have all the relevant insurances and documents that we may reasonably require, and that you have included a specific risk assessment. This will be checked by our staff at the event.
