This product is only for use by speakers at the Festival, and the information will be used in our publicity and promotions. Please complete the relevant fields, and add to basket. Please note you will need to go through the checkout to complete the process, but no payment details will be requested.

As a sponsor at the Festival, we are pleased to offer you a standard trade space or smallholder market stall free of charge. If you need a bigger space than that please let us know.

If you have been invited by the Festival to provide a demonstration stand then this form is where you need to record your information.

Stands will be sited in the main area of the Highland Hall or for wool related stands, on the top floor of the foyer. If you are going to be exhibiting in the main hall then please remember there is absolutely no vehicle access on Saturday morning. Please arrange for any bulky items to be delivered on Friday.

Please bring your own stands and branding for your product. Gazebos and other structures will be acceptable. We would encourage you to make your stands as attractive as possible.

Stand size

There are limits to the sizes of stand available.. Your stand will be 3m by 3m; if you need additional frontage, please note this in “Special Requests”.

Entrance wristbands

We will provide you with a maximum of 2 tickets for entry. These will be posted to you before the event. If you require additional wristbands please specify on the form; we will endeavour to help, if resources allow.

Terms and conditions

You must read our standard terms and conditions at time of booking, and upload a risk assessment – a simple template is available on the form.

Electrical supply

If you require electricity for your demonstration please include this in “Special Requests”. Please note there will be a cost for provision of electricity.

Booking process

If you intend to have any of these on your stand, please contact us as above prior to completion.

  • sale or provide samples of alcohol
  • live animals
  • conduct raffles or games of chance
  • demonstrate moving machinery or equipment
  • have LPG cylinders on your stand

After booking, you will receive an email receipt automatically from the system. Please check your spam folders before contacting us in case of non-delivery.

By booking the space, you are confirming that you have all the relevant insurances and documents that we may reasonably require. This may be checked by our staff or by trading standards at the event.
