We want our visitors (and exhibitors) to be able to enjoy the best of local food.

Butchery at Bowhouse BBQ

Our aim at the butchery is simple, to produce the best possible tasting meat, meat which reminds people or perhaps introduces people to how good it can be. Starting with only the best animals, these are handpicked from surrounding Balcaskie estate, where they have been reared organically and had a fully pasture fed diet. The meat is then expertly hung and butchered at Bowhouse, taking the time to get the best out of every different piece.

Choola Street Food

Choola brings a taste of Nepal to the streets of Scotland, offering up something new, packed with flavour and made using locally sourced ingredients where possible.

We serve authentic dishes inspired by what you would find in the street markets and homes of Nepal, with a real focus on quality and also customer experience.

From traditional family favourites such as Momos (Nepalese dumplings), to fragrant curries, to our own take on street food specials, we’re bringing Nepalese food and culture to the masses.

Just Baked Pasties

Just Baked Pasties are a small family business and we specialise in providing freshly baked, authentic Cornish Pasties, along with various other flavours to outdoor events. We have attended Game Fairs, Highland Shows, Horse Trials and other Sporting Events such as Golf Tournaments and Scottish Rugby games. Our aim is to provide good quality food and deliver outstanding customer service. We want you to have the best possible experience when you visit us.

It began with a chance meeting at a party – a dream was forged. Boldly going where no geek has gone before, we set out on a quest to find the one pizza that rules them all…

Starting in the realms of Edinburgh’s street food markets, we ventured far and wide, catering for events small or large with a small fleet of ovens bringing our handmade Neapolitan inspired pizzas to the world!
