Wendy is a cook, campaigner and food writer with award-winning Scottish Food Guide, Scottish Cheese Trail and Scottish Farm Shops.
Co-author of “Meadows: The Swedish Farmer & The Scottish Cook,” Wendy leads Scotland’s Slow Food Ark of Taste and SF Cooks Alliance, co-founded the Scottish Bread Championship, regularly shares her expertise on international platforms across Europe and runs sustainable food experiences at their Fife food studio.
In Sweden, Bosse & Wendy enjoy the rural backwaters of Småland on their organic smallholding.
