Taste Experience on Heritage Breeds

• The session is at 11:30am in the Cookery Theatre, on the foyer lower floor.
• The session will take around 45 minutes
• The session is free of charge.

Bosse & Wendy, are hosting a Taste Experience on Heritage Breeds: comparing and contrasting their flavours and characteristics.

There will be individual tasting platters including beef, pork & goat, with tutored tasting and information about the breeds.
