Perthshire Plant training are a family run business trying to make a difference in the local community to as many people as they can by raising their awareness to health and safety and helping in their training needs. Borders Machinery Ring

Borders Machinery Ring was the first machinery ring to be established in the UK in 1987. Initially set up to encourage co-operation and allow farmers to pool their resources, machinery rings have evolved and BMR now offers a range of services, discounted supplies and training.

It also supports education with its Pre-Apprenticeship Scheme aimed at the next generation entering the land-based sector.

Today BMR has almost 1000 members in S E Scotland and N E England and can supply fuel, seed and fertiliser at competitive rates, source silage, hay and straw and provide rural skills training including animal transport, chainsaw, ATV, telehandler, pesticides & rodent management.
