Room 1, Foyer upper floor
The purpose of Robert’s session will be to look at “Power on the Smallholding”. Many smallholders are unsure of what the best form of power for their holding would be.
New tractors, used tractors, ATVs and RTVs will all be looked at in isolation, as well as looking at case studies of where each type of equipment could be utilised. Advantages and disadvantages of each will be looked at remembering all the while, that due to the varying nature of smallholdings that there cannot be a one size fits all approach.
This will be an interactive session where attendees can field questions, take part in case study analysis and even put forward their own personal situation to be evaluated by the group.
